Chaomin De Pollo Con Camaron / Chicken and Shrimp Chomin

In Guatemala, "chaomin" refers to a local version of chow mein, a stir-fried noodle dish. Guatemalan-style chow mein, often called "Cantonesa Chao Mein," is made with specially flavored noodles and commonly features ingredients like chayote, carrots, and sometimes here it's served w/ chicken and shrimp.
